Our New Tree Huts

The first day using our new tree huts. We are investigating what they are like.

We have been watching the progress while they were being built.

We can now try them out and use our imaginations

Our class used our new ipad to take these photos.

The creatures will even sit on our hands. This is fun to watch.

Fun at the Gym

We really loved playing the Island Game to warm up at the start of our session. We had two taggers.

We learned how to do cartwheels safely by starting on a bench. 

We learned to jump high on the trampoline and split our legs wide.

We had a fun warm-up game using Frisbees. We used them like ski's and slid around on them having races.

We had lots of turns balancing on the beam. We got better each week.

It was hard at first to do a flip over the bar but we all got better the more we practised.

It was important to learn safe landings. We can all do a "Motor-bike" landing now.

It was fun to swing on the ropes. Some of us could climb to the top.

We had a visitor speak to us about her work doing Drama and the importance of Reading.

Cross Country

Some of our class are waiting for the race in our House Team.

Marshall crosses the Finish-Line and gets a Place-Card to take up to Mrs Budge who recorded his result.

These boys all got a place in the first ten runners.

Hayz and Baylen are really trying hard. Notice Baylen's feet are off the ground. It looks like he is flying!
